FAQ
Common questions about free play, nicknames, mobile support, and score verification.
Are the games free to play?
Yes. You can play published games in your browser without creating an account or downloading software.
Do I need an account?
No. Favorites and recent games stay in your browser. Leaderboard nicknames are optional short display names, not user accounts.
How do favorites work?
Favorite buttons save game slugs in local storage on your device. Clearing browser data removes them.
What are the nickname rules?
Nicknames are 3–16 characters using letters, numbers, spaces, hyphens, or underscores. Do not use your full real name or impersonate staff.
How fast do leaderboards update?
Accepted scores appear after verification. Live panels refresh about every 15 seconds while the tab is visible.
Why was my score rejected?
Scores must come from a valid play session and stay within fair duration, accuracy, and score limits. Impossible or duplicate submissions are rejected.
Do games work on phones?
Yes. Published games support touch controls and responsive layouts. Some geometry grids are easier in landscape mode.
Can I turn sound off?
Yes. Use the sound control in the header or game shell. Preferences are stored locally.
What do grade bands mean?
K–2, 3–5, 6–8, and All Ages are guidance labels only. They do not certify curriculum alignment or guarantee academic results.
How do I report a problem?
Use the contact form. We do not publish a public email address. You will receive a private ticket link to follow up.
